Refunds and Exchanges

Overview

All items sold are non-refundable.

All made-to-order or bespoke custom-made items cannot be refunded or exchanged once order is confirmed.

All sale/promotional items cannot be refunded or exchanged.

Due to hygiene issues, we do not accept exchange requests for earrings.

We only accept exchange requests if

  • we delivered wrong item(s) to customers due to our mistakes, or
  • we delivered damaged/defective item(s) to customers. However, we will ensure all its are in good condition before we send it out.

We are not responsible for any damage caused during delivery as we will ensure proper and secure packaging to avoid damages.

We reserve the right to deny refund/exchange requests without prior exchange approval by us.

Exchange must be requested within 7 working days of receiving your order. Refer to the Exchange Procedure section below.

Exchange can only be done once.

No refunds shall be given if you exchange your order with an item of a lower value. The customer will be invoiced for the balance if the exchange is done with an item of higher value.

To be eligible for an exchange, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it. It must also be in the original packaging.

Exchange Procedure

Firstly, contact us via email at info@byxiudesigns.com to request for an exchange. This request must be submitted within 7 working days of receiving your order.

In your email, please include your full name, address, contact number and Order Number along with a brief reason for the exchange request. Please include clear photos of the defect/damage, if applicable.

If your exchange request is approved, we will notify you via email. You will then need to dispatch the items to us within the next 7 working days. We would recommend using a trackable/proof of postage service for your peace of mind. We cannot guarantee that we will receive your returned item and we cannot be held responsible for items lost or damaged in the post.

Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item.

Shipping returns

You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item. Shipping costs are non-refundable.

Depending on where you live, the time it may take for your exchanged product to reach you may vary.

If you are returning more expensive items, you may consider using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance. We don’t guarantee that we will receive your returned item.
